Like all delicate products, it is sensitive to how it is handled. For example, a glass jug can last years or shatter in a second. Suede shoes can be worn for miles, but not a minute in the rain. Similarly, jewellery must be used and kept with special care.
As a result, Tesoro is unable to provide a guarantee on jewellery, as it is so dependent upon how each customer chooses to handle it. However, rest assured Tesoro’s jewellery is worn by thousands of satisfied customers every day, who duly care for their products and enjoy years of service from them. Many of our customers have accumulated collections of dozens of Tesoro pieces, which is a wonderful testament to their faith in its quality and value.
Tesoro jewellery is made of a brass alloy plated with a fine layer of gold or rhodium, hand-set with superior quality cubic zircons or crystal rhinestones. This is why its appearance is so authentic, yet its cost can be kept so reasonable when compared to identical solid gold jewellery. Tesoro jewellery is a fashion article, not an investment in the manner of precious metal/gems jewellery. Given these cost limitations - which ultimately favour the consumer - fashion jewellery is not intended to last a life-time and best worn on occasions. With usage and time, the plating or colour will inevitably fade, but by then it is easy to have received more than your money’s worth!

After-Sales Service for Jewellery
The Tesoro collection is imported from all over the world to offer you such an exceptionally huge variety of designs. To the extent and expertise available locally in Pakistan, we are pleased to provide after-sales repair service on Tesoro jewellery. This typically includes re-plating in gold or rhodium, or the replacement of missing stones (crystal and cubic zircon).

Repair prices are not fixed, as it depends on the nature of a specific item and its defect. Please note that Tesoro charges only the actual incurred costs of repair, without any mark up, as a service to our customers. That cost is normally nominal in relation to the original price of the product, especially in the case of more formal jewellery. As an example, gold or rhodium re-plating of a ring usually costs only Rs 400. For the more budget trendy/fashion type articles, it is not advisable to seek repair after its useful life is complete, as it may be more feasible to purchase something new instead.

Tesoro has a strict no-return policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order.
All Tesoro merchandise, purchased online or from a branch, may be exchanged within three days of purchase. Acceptance for exchange is subject to following conditions:
Items purchased online may be exchanged within three days of being delivered to you. You will need to bear the cost of the sending the returned item back to Tesoro, as well as for the delivery cost of the item sent in exchange. The procedure for online exchange is as follows:
